What We Do
Here at Leeann Development, LLC, we oversee permitting for construction and development projects. From Zoning approval, through Building permits, to Certificate of Occupancy.
Some of the services we provide are:
- Consulting on Code and Zoning planning.
- Coordinating with plan reviewers, clients, and building officials.
- Reviewing construction drawings and other documents to ensure that they follow city code requirements.
- Meeting with city officials to complete pre-submittal reviews.
- Expediting the process to for securing permits of all disciplines
- Pre-construction Planning. We work closely with PSE&G as it pertains to early site preparation. Inclusive of relocation of existing utilities.
- Jobsite Logistics. Liaison to municipal agencies facilitating sidewalk/street occupancies and closures.

About Us
Leeann Development, LLC, was founded by Anthony Catanio, a veteran in the construction industry. The company started as a subsidiary of Leemark Electric, INC. which Anthony still owns and operates.
Leeann and its staff are recognized in most building departments across Hudson, Bergen and Essex Counties of New jersey.
Anthony and his staff go way beyond the normal description of construction expediting. They attend job meetings, plan and denial reviews and do their own onsite inspections before the inspectors arrive. The company works very closely with the design professional teams and have built up strong relationships with them.
